Paul F. Davidoff has developed an extensive bankruptcy practice over the past 50 years, representing debtors, creditors, and Chapter 7 Trustees. He is certified by The American Board of Certification for consumer bankruptcy law. Mr. Davidoff graduated from Michigan State University earning a BA degree with honors in 1967, and Wayne State University Law School earning a JD degree with honors in 1970. Mr. Davidoff is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Debtors Bar of West Michigan, and the Kalamazoo County Bar Association (Treasurer,1997 - 2005). He has served as both a commentator and a speaker for ICLE and as a speaker for a series of bankruptcy seminars over the years organized by the Federal Bar Association, Bankruptcy Section.
